Hone Sweet Home provides general supervision and assistance with daily living tasks to older adults who may be experiencing increased confusion or chronic medical conditions affecting their ability to safely function independently. HSH is ideal if family or close friends are able to care for their loved ones, however, are unable to be caregivers during the day or evenings due to work or other comm

itments. We also provide assistance with property management, personal shopping/ errands, arrangement for transportation to appointments, home assessment and organizing to support safety and independence. Please give us a call for further information. We look forward to hearing from you!

We’ve had the chance to sit in on their gatherings, and let us tell you β€” they are something special. Each meeting is filled with valuable information, helpful education, open conversation, and so much camaraderie.

It’s a space to learn, to share, to support one another, and to remind each other that no one is walking this journey alone.
