January at our Resident Council meeting we had a great presentation on Resident Bullying. Our monthly resident council is a great opportunity to give updates from the departments, to go over questions or concerns the residents have and take an opportunity to share information or education based on their requests. All meetings have notes taken and are delivered to each apartment so if they missed the meeting they will still get all the information. We really enjoy these meetings with our residents.

Peyton has worked at the Village for 2 years starting as a Dining Assistant, before moving into her current role as CNA. Peyton was recognized for her compassion, patience, and empathy. She goes above and beyond to ensure the residents she cares for are truly seen, heard, and cared for.
