Today, we pause to honor the brave men and women who have served our country — those whose sacrifice, courage, and love for others make it possible for us to live freely and fully.

Your service is a reminder of what it means to live with heart — to protect, to persevere, and to pour into something bigger than yourself.

Thank you for your courage, your devotion, and the love you’ve shown through your service. 🇺🇸🤍✨

For the seasoned mother, the new mother, and the hopeful mother - this is for you.

Nervous system regulation isn’t just about feeling calmer in the moment. It’s about building stability and longevity that transforms how you move through motherhood - and how your entire family experiences life together.

When your nervous system is regulated, your body heals faster. You sleep more deeply. You have capacity for the hard days. You’re present for the beautiful ones. This is the foundation everything else is built on.

And our nervous systems co-regulate. Your calm creates calm. Your stability creates stability. When you prioritize your healing, you’re not taking something away from your family - you’re giving them the most regulated, resourced version of you.

Prioritizing your healing isn’t selfish. It’s purposeful. It’s how you break cycles, build resilience, and create a different legacy.

You can be the woman who chose differently. The one who said yes to support, yes to alignment, yes to nervous system care. The one who understood that her healing was never just about her. 🤍

Let me talk to my boss babes for a minute—I see you wearing all the hats, managing all the things, telling yourself you’ll slow down ‘eventually.’

Here’s my luving truth bomb: you can’t outwork a dysregulated nervous system. 👀

You can’t hustle your way out of survival mode. A machine that’s falling apart doesn’t produce better results—it breaks down at the worst possible moment. And babe, YOU are the machine.

Everything you’re building—your business, your family, your dreams—runs through you. When you take care of your nervous system, you’re not being selfish. You’re being smart. You show up sharper, lead stronger, dream bigger. I’m cheering you on every step of the way — and my best piece of advice, an adjustment will help 🤪🙌🏼

Birth is not a finish line. 💫

It’s a step into a profound chapter of your own healing and transformation. Your postpartum body and nervous system need intentional care—here’s why:

* You set your baby’s nervous system tone.
* Your body went through massive transformation.
* Physical ease creates emotional space.
* Support matters.
* You are not an afterthought in your baby’s story. You are the foundation.

And I’d luv to walk alongside you. I have a deeply rooted passion for serving postpartum women. Even with support, this season can be so hard - I know from personal experience.

I don’t have it all figured out, but I do know that a regulated nervous system and being able to be heard, without talking, saved me. I’d love to connect with you and talk about how to support you. 🤍

I see you—holding everything together on the outside while your body is screaming on the inside.

The women who heal aren’t the ones who have it all figured out. They’re the ones brave enough to admit their body’s been trying to tell them something.

If this resonated, save this post and come back to it when you need the reminder. If you’d like to connect about taking steps to heal your body, send me a DM or drop a 🤍 below. You’re not alone in this.

Tight hips aren’t something to just “deal with.”

They’re often a sign of deeper tension patterns—especially after pregnancy, postpartum, or long hours of sitting. When your hips stay tight, it can affect how you move, sleep, and show up every day.

At LUV, we combine gentle adjustments and intentional release work to help your body let go and truly stay open. 💛

You don’t have to just deal with it.

Grasping onto fight or flight as an identity can’t work anymore.

We get so used to living in fight or flight - constantly - that we start identifying by it. We accept that this is just how life is supposed to be. That this is who we are now.

But it’s impossible to sustain. And it was never meant to be our identity. It was meant to be a resource - one that allows us to identify with adaptability and resilience instead.

Here’s what fight or flight actually is: your body prioritizing what matters right now. It’s purposeful. Protective. Designed to help you respond in moments that genuinely require it. The design is: activate, respond, release. Then return to a place where you get to be adaptable, resilient, and present.

The problem is when it becomes your default. When activation is the only mode you know anymore.

And here’s what happens: you start losing the ability to tell the difference between what’s actually a threat and what’s just an ordinary moment. A tone of voice feels like an attack. A full inbox feels like an emergency. Your kid asking for something again feels unbearable. Your body treats it all the same.

So maybe the real question isn’t “how do I eliminate stress?” Maybe it’s “can my nervous system tell the difference anymore?”

That’s resilience. Not the absence of stress - but the ability to discern, respond appropriately, and return.

And that’s what I help women and families rebuild in practice.

If you’re ready to reclaim adaptability as your identity, DM me to book a consultation.

The Birth Book Club is a space created to gather women who want to dive deeper into the sacred topics of pregnancy, birth, and women’s health. Each month, there’s a collective reading of a book that challenges, inspires, and opens hearts to new perspectives on the birthing experience.

What makes this gathering special isn’t just the reading—it’s the community. These conversations are empowering, intuitive, and honor the sacredness of birth in all its forms. Whether you’re pregnant, planning, postpartum, a birth worker, or simply curious, there’s a place for you here.

The next gathering is October 24th at 1PM at LUV Chiropractic in Bixby, and the discussion will be on Birthing From Within.

Haven’t finished the book yet? Come anyway.
Haven’t started it? Still welcome.

These conversations are about connection, not perfection.
