Looking for a place to move, laugh, and stay independent together? Our Smart Aging classes focus on strength, balance, and mobility for adults 60+ — in a friendly, supportive space where everyone belongs.

🗓 New class schedule starting next week:
Tuesdays & Thursdays
• 10:00 AM – Beginners (perfect for mobility & balance challenges and hearing loss)
• 11:00 AM – Advanced
