We are safe and sound after Hurricane Helene, but we are without power and water at the office. I am hosting a 3 week workshop series on Pelvic Floor and Yoga with Michelle Befus Yoga at Black Mountain Yoga starting October 16 2:00 - 3:15! You don't have to have any sort of pelvic floor problem to get a lot out of these classes, but if you do, it's still safe for you. *x
