Not sure who needs this reminder today, but…
Softly release your grip.
Let your shoulders drop.
Unclench your jaw.
Let your body come back to itself.
If you can, step outside—bare feet on the earth, even for a moment.
Or simply pause where you are and take a slow, steady breath… like drawing in the calm of the forest.
Inhale deeply.
Exhale fully.
Let your body feel the support beneath you.
Let your mind settle into now.
Your nervous system doesn’t have to stay in high alert.
You’re allowed to soften.
You are safe in this moment.
There is more space than it feels like.
You are held, even here.
And you don’t have to carry everything on your own.
