Rocky Mountain altitude training for conquering Kilimanjaro! There no flat ground here. lol This is why we came. Tackling hikes 8K-13/14k ft elevation and still climbing 800-1000 ft elevation. Our boy Anders is staying strong with us, what a champ!

If you’re interested and have a passion for working with people to help them improve their health and fitness to live longer healthier lives this might be what you’re looking for.
