Today carries a soft-but-truthful frequency. It’s not loud or forceful — it’s revealing.
Think gentle nudges from Spirit, subtle emotions rising, and quiet realizations that can no longer be ignored.

Here’s what’s present energetically:

🌿 Integration over action
This isn’t a “push harder” day. It’s a digest and integrate day. What you’ve been learning, healing, or cycling through recently wants to settle into the body.

🌊 Emotional honesty
Old emotions may surface without a clear trigger. This is not regression — it’s release. Let feelings move without needing to analyze or fix them.

🕯 Inner authority awakening
You may feel less tolerant of things that drain you. This is your sovereignty coming online. Boundaries may feel necessary, even if they’re quiet ones.

🌀 Nervous system recalibration
Spirit is asking for slowness. Rest, hydration, warmth, grounding foods, and deep breaths will do more today than productivity ever could.

🌙 Subtle intuition > logic
Signs may come as body sensations, sudden knowing, or repeated thoughts. Trust what keeps gently returning — that’s guidance.

Place one hand on your heart, one on your belly. Breathe slowly for 2 minutes.

Drink extra water or add minerals.

“I allow what is ready to settle… to settle.”

Release the need to figure it out.

New Moon Manifestation + Letting Go (10 minutes)
1) Clear (3 minutes)

Write 5 lines:

“I release…”

“I’m complete with…”

“I forgive myself for…”

Then circle the biggest one and add:

“I’m keeping the lesson, not the weight.”

2) Choose (3 minutes)

Pick 1–3 intentions only. Write:

“I am available for ______.”

“I’m ready to receive it with ease.”

3) Claim (2 minutes)

Write 3 quick “already happening” lines:

“My life feels…”

“My home/body/business is…”

“I show up as…”

4) Commit (1 minute)

One tiny action in 24 hours:

“Within 24 hours, I will ______.”

5) Seal (1 minute)

Hand on heart + belly, slow exhale, say:

“What’s for me stays. What’s not for me goes. So it is.”

Go-to affirmations (pick 1–2)

I release what’s heavy and choose what’s true.

I am safe to receive.

Small steps create big shifts.

I trust what’s unfolding.

1) Choose ONE guiding word for the next moon cycle (examples: steady, freedom, devotion, peace, wealth, health, softness).
Let that word become your compass.

2) Tell the truth—gently, but clearly.

3) Set “direction” goals, not perfection goals.
Pick the next right step, not the whole staircase.

4) Clear the energy before you call in more.
Even 5 minutes: tidy a corner, take a salt bath/foot soak, open a window, light a candle.

Hand on heart + belly, slow exhale, then speak your intention out loud.

I release what is heavy, and I keep what is true.

I trust the timing of my healing and my becoming.

I call my energy back from what isn’t mine to carry.
