🌿 New Season. Same Purpose. Renewed Clarity. 🌿

There’s a time for everything—and this is mine: a time to move on, move forward, and realign with what matters most.

My faith and freedom have always been my compass. When I found myself in a space that no longer reflected those values, I knew it was time to draw boundaries and choose integrity over comfort.

✨ I’m returning to my business—Redeeming Steps—with deeper clarity, stronger boundaries, and a renewed fire in my spirit to do the work I was created for.

Helping people find their way back to themselves has always been my heart. And now, I step into this next season fully aligned, fully led, and fully free. Not striving. Not shrinking. But standing—firmly—in grace, healing, and truth. 🙏

For National Social Workers Month, I want to share how truly proud I am to be part of this caring community. Every day, we juggle so many roles—advocate, counselor, friend—and while our work often goes unseen, its impact is deeply felt. I’m honored to stand alongside colleagues who turn everyday challenges into opportunities for hope and healing.

Thank you to every social worker whose empathy, dedication, and kindness make the world a better place, one life at a time.

Don't let the busyness of the season🎄 get you down. It's okay if everything isn't just right! You don't have to keep up with the latest trend or the perfectly curated holiday 🎅 moments. Focus on the *real* 🪄magic-- making memories with loved ones. Being grateful for moments with family and friends. 🙏 Keeping it simple, fun, and full of love 🥰. Soak up every second and forget the fancy fuss! ✨

Finding beauty in the broken pieces during our Kintsugi sessions at IOP. It's amazing how this ancient art form provides a tangible way to process trauma. Each piece we mend represents a part of ourselves, and the gold filling symbolizes our resilience. It's a powerful reminder that healing is possible, and our scars can become sources of strength. Excited to continue walking this path with our group and to see how each experience helps shape their journey!
