It's essential for digestion and weight management. ๐ŸŒพ๐Ÿž Did you know that across cultures, studies show that getting 15g of fiber or more in your daily diet is the single most effective way to maintain your healthy weight?

Who's SUPRISED is not protein? ๐Ÿ™‹๐Ÿผโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿ™‹๐Ÿผโ€โ™‚๏ธ

Fiber, like protein, helps you stay satisfied longer and it's found in nutritious grains, whole fruit, and vegetables, so you eat fewer carb calories. Eating high quality carbs that contain protein also help cut out the sugar cravings.

How to get more fiber in your meals:

๐ŸžInclude Whole Grains: Opt for whole grains like oats, quinoa, and whole wheat pasta.

Read Labels: Compare nutrition labels to choose healthier alternatives. Look for at least 4g of fiber per serving.

DIY Snacks: Make your own versions of snacks like popcorn or granola bars for better control.

Portion Mindfully: Even with healthy swaps, practice portion control for balanced snacking.

Compare: Trade for similar items that are higher in protein and lower in sugar.
