Eclipses are cosmic course corrections.

They illuminate what is unstable, outdated, or no longer aligned and gently, or sometimes abruptly, move it.

This is not a time to grip tighter.

It’s a time to soften.

Instead of forcing intentions, try observing what is naturally surfacing. Notice the emotions. Notice the endings. Notice the clarity.

Support your nervous system. Protect your energy. Nourish your body. Do belief work. Rest more than usual.

The eclipse is not here to punish you.
It is here to realign you.

If you’re feeling extra sensitive right now, that’s information not weakness.

This weekend I stepped away with a circle of women.

There was no rushing. No performing. No roles to play. Just presence.

We crafted with our hands and let creativity move through us. We sang from our bellies, by the fire.

We shared meals that felt like medicine.
We laughed until our stomachs hurt. We told stories. We listened deeply. We held space for each other.

There is something so powerful about women gathering with intention. About slowing down enough to remember who you are underneath the noise.

I feel nourished.
Filled up.
Reconnected to my body, my joy, my creativity.

This is your reminder that rest is productive. Connection is healing. And sisterhood is sacred.

Start your Valentine’s Day with yourself 💖

Before the texts, before the roses, before you pour into anyone else…
Lie down. Turn inward. Put your legs up the wall for 10 minutes.

This gentle inversion supports healthy circulation by helping blood and lymphatic fluid move back toward the heart. It can reduce swelling in the legs, ease tension in the lower body, calm the nervous system, and give your heart a little break from working against gravity all day.

It is simple. It is free. And it is medicine.

Legs up the wall, known in yoga as Viparita Karani, is one of my favorite rituals when I feel puffy, tired, overstimulated, or emotionally heavy. It brings me back to my body. Back to my breath. Back to myself.

On a day that is all about love, remember this
Self love is circulation.
Self love is rest.
Self love is giving your body what it actually needs.

Set a timer for 10 minutes.
Breathe deeply.
Let your heart be supported.

Bo***ir as an Act of Self Love ✨

I look back at these photos and all I can remember is how hard I was on myself at the time. How deeply I was still working through body dysmorphia. I feel sad for that version of me and at the same time, so proud of the version I am now, more gentle, more compassionate, more understanding.

I shamed myself for weight gain when, in reality, I looked absolutely amazing in these photos. I couldn’t see it then. All I could see were flaws that were never really flaws at all.

Two years later, I feel more confident in my body no matter what size it is, no matter what jiggles now that didn’t jiggle before. My body has changed, and so has my relationship with it. And that feels like real healing.

This is why I chose to be a body positive stylist. We as women can do a number on ourselves. I’m here to remind you of your beauty, your worth, and your radiance exactly as you are right now.

Bo***ir wasn’t just a photoshoot for me. It was a mirror. A moment in time. A reminder of how far I’ve come.

I am proud of her.
And I am so grateful I learned how to love her better. 💗
