Yoga studio in Blacksburg, VA since 2009 with two locations at 1512 N. and 2000 Kraft Drive, Suite 1204 at the Virginia Tech Corporate Research Center. We're OPEN EVERYDAY with a wide variety of classes designed to meet each student where they are. We offer: Meditation, Restorative, Yin Deep Stretch, Yoga Basics, Gentle Flow, Energy Medicine Yoga, Flow, Warm Flow, Hot Yoga, Pilates + Fitness, Ballet Barre, and Aerial Yoga. In addition to our in-person classes we also have the option of online live-streamed classes. As a benefit to our members, we offer on-demand yoga with over 1,400 pre-recorded sessions. We host yoga teacher training twice a year; starting in August and February for 200 hour foundational teacher training. Please contact us for additional information!

Staff Member Highlight of the Month- Meet Lauren!
1. What are you most excited about sharing in your classes?
I am most excited to share creative and fun playlists that I work to pair with energetic movements that are accessible to yogis of all levels.
2. What is your favorite thing about being a part of In Balance Yoga’s community?
My favorite thing about being a part of the In Balance Yoga community is how friendly and welcoming everyone is. From the karma staff to our students and other teachers, everyone who enters this space is greeted with true genuineness and a smile.
3. Any last thoughts to share?
My current intention as we move towards a new season, is to work even harder to be true to myself. Honoring my body and mind by resting when I need it, something that has proved to be somewhat elusive to me in the past.
