Today, our hospice team proudly honored veterans across Southwest Virginia through heartfelt pinning ceremonies as part of our partnership with We Honor Veterans.

At Runk & Pratt Senior Living Communities, we shared music, gratitude, and healing with patriotic songs from our music therapists, touching words from our social worker and volunteer coordinator, and a meaningful pinning led by our Vet to Vet volunteers.

We're proud to bring these moments of comfort and recognition to veterans, reminding them that their service is deeply valued.

Last Saturday, nearly 100 players joined Performance Pickleball ROA to smash cancer! Raising over $10,000 to support advanced cancer care at the new Carilion Taubman Cancer Center. Thank you to everyone who played, cheered and gave!

Last Saturday we celebrated the Fall Harvest Festival of Light at Morningside Urban Farm! This special event marked the end of the growing season and was a great way for our community to come together to reflect and connect.

Guests took part in creative activities and performances centered around light as a symbol of hope and healing. The event also featured the Burden Boat ceremony, an interactive art piece by Kurt Steger that focused on release and renewal.
