WEEKEND BRIEFING REPORT
It was a busy Easter weekend for the patrol division. Officers responded to 357 CAD calls for service, conducted 113 MV stops, investigated 10 MV crashes, and made 10 arrests.
Significant incidents:
🚨Warrant arrest: Female from Sicklerville arrested on a warrant out of our jurisdiction and turned over to the County Jail. Ofc. Attanasi.
🚨Warrant arrest: Unhoused male arrested on multiple outstanding warrants. Ofc. DeStefano.
🚨Warrant arrest: Blackwood male arrested on a warrant out of Somerdale. Ofc. DeStefano.
🚨Recovered Vehicle: A Jeep reported stolen in January 2025 from John Drive was recovered in Smyrna, Tennessee. Sgt. Bradford.
🚨Warrant arrest: Glassboro male arrested on two active warrants following a motor vehicle stop. Ofc. Schwiedop.
🚨DWI arrest: Glassboro male arrested for DWI following a MV stop and field sobriety testing. The subject refused to provide breath samples. He was processed and turned over to his mother. Ofc. Fisler.
🚨Warrant arrest: Atco male arrested on multiple warrants. Ofc. DeStefano.
🚨CDS drug arrest: Turnersville male arrested following a motor vehicle stop for CDS paraphernalia. Ofc. Tucker.
🚨Warrant arrest: Female from Moorestown arrested on a Washington Township warrant, posted bail and was released. Ofc. Moore.
🚨Warrant arrest: Female from Cherry Hill arrested following a motor vehicle stop, processed and turned over to the County Jail. Ofc. Tucker.
🚨Warrant arrest: Female from Blackwood arrested following a motor vehicle stop. Ofc. Cicatiello.
🚨Assist Deptford PD: Officers assisted Deptford Police at approximately 1:30 AM Sunday with two stolen vehicles being tracked by OnStar GPS into Washington Twp. (Colts Neck Development) Both vehicles, a silver Jeep Grand Cherokee stolen out of Mantua and a grey Kia Sorento stolen out of Deptford, were located by officers and fled Washington Township at a high rate of speed, driving erratically and running traffic signals back into Deptford Twp. Ofc. Kalber, Sgt. Bradford, Ofc. Moore, Ofc. Rossi, and Ofc. Doherty.
🚨Thefts: Residents in the Colts Neck development (Trapper Rd and Saddlebrook Dr) reported overnight thefts from unlocked vehicles.
🚨Loud music complaint: Village Pub.
🚨Motor Vehicle burglary: A Vineland resident reported a firearm, keys, and wallet stolen from his vehicle while parked at Ott’s Bar. Detectives investigating.
🚨Criminal mischief: A brick was thrown through a residence window on Arons Circle.
🚨Suspicious persons: Several calls at approximately 3:36 AM this morning. Callers reported three juveniles wearing hooded sweatshirts walking through yards in the Sawyers Creek Development. Platoon 1 and Deptford officers responded. Subjects were gone on arrival.
🚨Unpermitted car meets promoted on social media for Friday night in the Kohl’s parking lot and Sunday night in the LA Fitness/TGI Fridays parking lot did not occur. Officers were in place to deter any car meets/takeovers.
