How often do we fight for control? Over our lives, our time, our stuff? How often do we fight to trust Jesus when the storms come? How often do we fight to give Him our future?
The reality is that we can't control everything. So many of us worry and live in fear, trying to make things happen or not happen. But we can't control the uncontrollable. We can't stop the unstoppable. Who knows what tomorrow will bring? I don't. You don't either.
We can focus only on today. Right now. This moment. When we live this way, our grip loosens. Our hearts begin to open. We live with open minds and open spirits, willing to step out in faith and allow God to take us where He wants us to go and do the things He wants us to do. Trust Him! It's the most important decision you will ever make!
