INTRODUCING JESS!

My name is Jess Knoell, and I am a graduate student in counseling at Bellevue University. I believe therapy is valuable for everyone—not only during times of crisis, but also as preventive maintenance that supports personal growth, emotional well-being, and self-awareness throughout life.

I am passionate about building genuine, meaningful connections with clients and creating a safe, supportive space where individuals feel heard, valued, and understood. My approach to counseling is grounded in empathy and collaboration, with a focus on helping clients explore their experiences, strengthen emotional regulation, and reconnect with their sense of purpose and joy. I believe that understanding how past experiences influence present-day patterns can empower clients to create lasting, meaningful change.
