🍂✨ Fall Equinox Workshop ✨🍂

As the sun crosses the threshold of balance, we gather to honor the Fall Equinox. A sacred time to release what no longer serves and open ourselves to the wisdom of the turning season.
Join us for an afternoon of yoga, sound healing and ritual in a beautiful outdoor setting along the Iowa River. Together we will slow down, connect with the Earth and gather in circle to let go of what we are ready to release as we step into the next season.

It was Blu's final event in the Belle Plaine studio tonight, celebrating the Winter Solstice and an ending to a beautiful chapter.

Endings mean there is new beginning. We don't come here knowing and we never really know. We weren't meant to know; we are meant to feel. Feel everything. Everything from love, joy, to grief, disappointment and despair. That is the human experience. We are blessed to live with our senses. Listen to them. Live with love ❤️

**Studio Update**

I have made a very difficult decision that has taken me several months to come to. I am closing the yoga studio location in Belle Plaine.

I am being called in a slightly different direction for myself and will be learning and trying some new things. I am a firm believer that it can’t unfold if there isn’t space in my life for it. Something has to be removed to make room for what is coming. I know where I need to be. As much as I am scared and sad that I have to let go, I am also ready to make the leap forward.

The Winter Solstice (Dec. 19) will be my final event at the studio; I hope you will join me! Studio class passes can be used for any remaining classes, sound baths, and events. Refunds will not be given as I will be keeping class passes active for other events I will have in the future.

Lastly, this is not the end. I will still be practicing and offering yoga and sound events on occasion and for private parties. Please stay tuned and I will continue to post my happenings and share them with you all.

Thank you to the community of Belle Plaine and all those who supported me these last 3 years in this space. I am so appreciative.
