Today is National Stress Awareness Day — a gentle reminder to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself. 💛

Stress is part of life, but when it builds up, our bodies start to carry the weight. Tight shoulders, headaches, jaw tension, fatigue, and even trouble sleeping are all signs that our systems need a reset.

Taking a few mindful moments throughout the day can help your body unwind and your mind find balance again. Try this simple reset:
🧘‍♀️ Breathe: Inhale deeply through your nose, exhale slowly through your mouth.
💪 Unwind: Roll your shoulders back, unclench your jaw, and stretch your neck.
🚶‍♀️ Move: A short walk or light stretch can shift your nervous system out of “fight or flight.”
🌞 Ground: Step outside, feel the sun, and let your senses bring you back to the present moment.
✨Care: Book an adjustment to help your body relax and release tension.

Remember — stress isn’t always something to eliminate, but something to manage with awareness and care. Your body and mind are on the same team, and both deserve rest, movement, and compassion. 🌿

Strength & conditioning for kids isn’t about heavy weights — it’s about teaching them how to use their bodies, build coordination, and prevent injuries.

✨ The papers are signed and the secret is out… WE’RE MOVING TO MAIN STREET! ✨

I’ve always wanted to own my own building. A place where my patients and athletes can feel safe to heal, both mentally and physically.

Blaine and I finally took the leap, and we are officially commercial building owners! This new space will be the future home of BoldSpine Chiropractic, where I’ll continue serving our amazing community and the surrounding areas.

I’ll start seeing patients there at the beginning of the year, and we’ll share an official opening date soon! There are a few updates and renovation projects we want to finish before the doors open, but every bit of progress feels like another piece of the dream falling into place.

I truly couldn’t have done this without my incredible village, my family, friends, patients, and supporters who’ve loved and believed in me through every step of this journey.
