Lead recall: Lucky Foods cinnamon powder

We would like to inform you of the recall of Lucky Foods brand Cinnamon Powder 40g. These products are being recalled because they may be contaminated with lead.

We encourage parents to immediately stop using the recalled products and return it to the place of purchase for a full refund. Consumers with questions can contact the company by phone (718) 444-5556.

Consider testing children for lead exposure from these and other sources.

We have leftover used toys for the public to take home for free! Please come by if you want them and pick them up at the San Juan Public Health Department. FCFS! We are open, Monday to Friday from 8 am - 12 pm & 1 pm - 5 pm.
