3 To Be Fit was proud to sponsor a hole at the WNY Hall of Fame Golf Tournament held at Diamond Hawk Golf Course in Cheektowaga today⛳️ The event provided a great opportunity to connect with familiar faces from the baseball community and support the Hall of Fame!

The 3rd annual charity challenge winners are …Team Jeremy! Congratulations to all 45 participants on all the hard work you put in for our 2025 challenge👏🏻

This year we raised $3,000!! 🥳 Over the past three years we’ve raised a total of $5,410 for charity.

We donated $1,500 each to Save the Michaels of the World Inc. and the City of Buffalo Animal Shelter. Both of these organizations are important to the 3 To Be Fit community and reflect the values of our family and members.

Save the Michaels is a nonprofit organization in Buffalo that raises awareness about addiction and provides resources and support to individuals and their loved one’s through their addiction. Currently, they are looking for donations of gently used fitness equipment. Find out more at:

This weekend we had our 2nd Annual 3 To Be Fit Holiday Party! It was filled with laughter, reminiscing, new & old friends, and great food.

Also, a huge shout out to the 3 To Be Fit community who brought non-perishable items, clothing, and other items for donation to Haven House, our local food cupboard, and a local family in need.

We are blessed to have such wonderful clients, friends, family and supporters. This community is so important to our life. We couldn’t do it without all of you 💚❤️ -Jeremy, Heather, and the kids
