Welcome! My name is Sara and I am the Licensed Massage Therapist at the Chiropratic Office/Health Center, Cenk Intergated Health, located in Pittsburgh PA's town of Fox Chapel in RIDC Park (off of Exit 10).
My education is from The Pittsburgh School of Massage Therapy.
I have been working with the renowned chiropractors, Dr. Cenk and Dr. McCauley, for about two years, at times assisting in the successful recoveries of their patients.
I utilize multiple massage techniques to achieve relaxation, pain relief and increased range of motion throughout the body such as; Swedish, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular Trigger Point Therapy and Cupping.
Some common issues I help people with are; whiplash from automobile accidents, piriformis syndrome (Sciatic-like nerve pain that shoots down the hip and leg) and relief from day to day office related pain and stress. I have also brought relief to headaches, improved carpal tunnel-like symtoms, tennis/golf elbow and trigger finger just to name a few more.
I am enthusiastic to improve my clients quality of life!
