Christmas Cookies🎅🏻🎄🍪 Candy Cane Cookies

(gluten-free, no added sugar, EASY)

Ok besties… we’re making the FASTEST peppermint candy cane cookies ever using this mix. Stir, scoop, bake, frost, done. Holiday magic 💫🎄



✨ Ingredients

Cookies
• 1 box Mix
• 2 eggs (or egg replacer)
• ¼ cup melted butter OR coconut oil
• ½–1 tsp peppermint extract
• handful of chocolate chips (optional)
• crushed candy canes (for topping)

Easy White Peppermint Frosting
• ½ cup powdered sugar
• 1 tbsp milk (any!)
• ⅛–¼ tsp peppermint extract
• pinch of salt
(optional) white chocolate chips melted & drizzled ✨)



⏱ Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350°
2. Mix all cookie ingredients in one bowl
3. Scoop onto parchment-lined sheet
4. Bake 8–10 mins
5. Cool completely
6. Stir frosting ingredients together until smooth
7. Frost each cookie + top with crushed candy canes ❄️🍬



🎄 Holiday Tips

• Add a few drops of natural red food coloring to frosting for a candy-cane swirl
• Chill cookies before frosting for clean edges
• Add melted white chocolate drizzle for ✨extra✨

Holiday Latte 🧸🍯☕️Dubai-Inspired Pistachio Chocolate
(With Pistachio Milk 💚)

If Dubai made a winter coffee, THIS would be it 😍 Creamy pistachio, rich chocolate, and bold espresso… and yes, I frothed the Tache to make it extra silky ✨

☕ Ingredients
• 1–2 shots espresso
• ¾ cup Tache Pistachio Milk
• 1–2 tbsp melted chocolate or chocolate syrup
• Optional: pinch of cardamom (so Dubai vibes)
• Optional: crushed pistachios for topping

✨ Directions
1. Add chocolate to the bottom of your cup
2. Brew espresso + pour on top
3. Warm Tache + froth until creamy
4. Pour over the espresso—watch that swirl
5. Finish with pistachio or cardamom

Holiday Mocktail 🎄Holiday Glow in a Glass ✨🍊
PureAnatolia Pomegranate, orange cream fizz, honey sugar rim… this mocktail tastes like walking into a Christmas market at golden hour.

Mocktail Base
• ½ cup Pure Anatolia Organic Antioxidant Juice
• ¼ cup fresh orange juice
• 1–2 tsp honey (to taste)
• ½ cup probiotic sparkling orange cream drink (your fizzy topper)

Sugar Rim
• Honey for the rim
• Sparkling or golden sugar for dipping

Garnishes
• Orange slice
• Sugared cranberries
• Frosted rosemary sprig (dip in simple syrup → sugar → freeze 5 min)



⭐️ Instructions

1️⃣ Rim the Glass
1. Brush or dip the rim in honey.
2. Roll in sparkling sugar for a golden holiday glow.

2️⃣ Mix the Mocktail
1. In a shaker or jar, combine:
• Anatolia Antioxidant Juice
• Fresh orange juice
• Honey
2. Shake or whisk until the honey dissolves.

3️⃣ Pour + Top
1. Add round ice cubes to your rimmed glass.
2. Pour the juice mixture over the ice.

Christmas Desserts ✨🎄 Mini Gingersnap Chocolate Silk Cups

with Homemade Marshmallow Fluff

No-bake · Individual servings · Holiday crisp + silky chocolate
Chill: 4–6 hours • Makes 12 cups



⭐️ Ingredients

Gingersnap Crust
• 2 cups crushed Tate’s Limited Edition Gingersnap Cookies
• 6 tbsp salted butter, melted



Homemade Marshmallow Fluff
• 1 cup granulated sugar (200 g)
• ⅓ cup water
• ¼ cup corn syrup or honey
• Pinch of salt
• 2 egg whites
• ½ tsp cream of tartar
• 1 tsp vanilla



Chocolate Silk Filling
• 2 tbsp salted butter
• 1 cup homemade marshmallow fluff (divided)
• 8 oz H-E-B semi-sweet chocolate baking chips
• 4 oz milk chocolate (optional but highly recommended for silkiness)
• 3 cups heavy cream, divided



Whipped Marshmallow Topping
• Remaining homemade fluff
• Remaining 1 cup heavy cream
• Optional: shaved chocolate or crushed Tate’s gingersnaps



🥣 Instructions

1️⃣ Make the Gingersnap Crust
1. Line a 12-cup muffin tin with cupcake liners.
2. Mix the crushed Tate’s Gingersnaps with melted butter.
3. Press 1–2 tablespoons of crust mixture into each liner, packing it down firmly.
4. Chill while you make the filling.



2️⃣ Make the Homemade Marshmallow Fluff

Same method as before:
1. Heat sugar, water, corn syrup, and salt to 240°F.
2. Whip egg whites + cream of tartar to soft peaks.
3. Stream in the hot syrup.
4. Whip 5–7 minutes until thick, glossy, and cloudlike.
5. Add vanilla and cool slightly.



3️⃣ Make the Chocolate Silk Filling
1. In a large bowl, add:
• 2 tbsp butter
• Half of your homemade fluff
• Semi-sweet + milk chocolate
2. Heat 2 cups of heavy cream until steaming.
3. Pour over chocolate mixture and let sit 2 min.
4. Whisk until smooth and glossy.
5. Spoon or pour the filling evenly into the chilled crust cups.
6. Chill 4–6 hours or until completely set.



4️⃣ Marshmallow Whipped Topping
1. Whip remaining 1 cup heavy cream.
2. Fold in the remaining marshmallow fluff.
3. Pipe or dollop onto chilled chocolate cups.
4. Garnish with shaved chocolate or crushed Tate’s gingersnaps.

YIELD: ~9–12 bites
TIME: 35 min + chill

🧁 Ingredients

• 1 cup Chocolate Mix
• 2 tbsp melted butter (or coconut oil for dairy-free)
• 2 tbsp milk (or dairy-free alt)
• 2 tbsp chocolate chips, melted + cooled
• ¼ tsp peppermint extract
• Small pinch of salt

Coatings (choose 1–2!)
• Cocoa powder
• Crushed candy canes
• Melted dark or white chocolate
• Holiday sprinkles ✨

Texture check: batter should be thick — add ½–1 tsp milk only if needed.

🔥 Instructions

1️⃣ Mix
Combine mix + melted butter + milk + melted chocolate + peppermint + salt until thick.

2️⃣ Chill
15–20 min — helps the bites roll cleaner.

3️⃣ Roll
Scoop into ~1 inch balls, roll smooth between palms.

4️⃣ Coat
Roll in cocoa or dip in chocolate + add candy cane sparkle 🎁

5️⃣ Set
Chill 10–15
