• ¼ cup yogurt (Greek or coconut yogurt)
• 1 scoop collagen peptides
• 1 scoop Lucky Iron Daily mineral iron supplement
• 1 tsp strawberry powder
• 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
• pinch cinnamon (optional)
Toppings
• sliced banana
• strawberries or raspberries
