Healthy recipes 🧸🤎Sweet & Spicy Burger Yogurt Bowl

Ingredients:
• ¾ cup plain Greek yogurt (full-fat preferred)
• 1 grass-fed burger patty, cooked
• 1 slice raw cheddar cheese
• 1–2 tbsp
• 1 tsp honey (optional, for sweet balance)
• Pinch sea salt
• Black pepper (optional)

Instructions:
1. Spread Greek yogurt in the bottom of a shallow bowl.
2. Place warm burger patty in the center.
3. Top with raw cheddar so it gently melts.
4. Spoon Ronnie’s Giardiniera over the top.
5. Drizzle lightly with honey if using.
6. Finish with sea salt and pepper.
7. Serve warm and enjoy immediately

If you’re overstimulated… bake banana bread. 🍌🤎
This gluten-free mix is my go-to when I need something warm, sweet, and grounding without a bunch of effort.
Dark chocolate chips + walnuts make it feel like the kind of comfort that actually lasts.

Save this for your “nervous system needs a snack” days.

Why this hits:
• bananas = calming carbs
• walnuts = steady fats
• dark chocolate = mood support
• warm baked food = nervous system regulation

This isn’t diet food.
It’s self-respect food

Ingredients
• 1 bag Quay Naturals Gluten-Free Banana Bread Mix
• 2 very ripe bananas, mashed
• 2 eggs
• ⅓ cup dark chocolate chips (or more because yes)
• ⅓ cup chopped walnuts
• Optional (but elevates):
• 1 tsp vanilla
• pinch of salt
• ½ tsp cinnamon
• 1 tbsp Greek yogurt or sour cream (extra moist)



How to Make It
1. Preheat oven to 350°F
Grease a loaf pan (or line with parchment).
2. Mash bananas until smooth with a few lumps (texture = cozy).
3. Add eggs + banana bread mix. Stir just until combined.
4. Fold in dark chocolate chips + walnuts.
5. Pour into pan. Top with:
• extra chocolate chips
• extra walnuts
• optional banana slices for that bakery look
6. Bake 45–55 minutes
(Or until a toothpick comes out mostly clean with a few moist crumbs.)
7. Cool 15–20 minutes before slicing (hard but worth it.

Ingredients:
• Dilettoso Vanilla Amour Pancake Mix (per package directions)
• Water or milk of choice
• 1 egg
• Butter or coconut oil (for pan)
• Turkey bacon or bacon
• Maple syrup (optional)

Instructions:
1. Prepare pancake batter according to package directions.
2. Heat a cast iron skillet over medium heat and grease lightly.
3. Cook pancakes until golden on both sides.
4. In another skillet, cook bacon until crispy.
5. Fry egg to your liking.

Vanilla Amore Power Pancakes

with Maple Peanut Butter + Cacao Nibs Crunch

Ingredients (1–2 servings)
• Dilettoso Vanilla Amore Pancake Mix
• Water or milk (use what the bag calls for)
• 1–2 tbsp peanut butter
• 1–2 tbsp maple syrup
• Toppings:
• cacao nibs
• sliced almonds
• chia seeds
• optional pinch flaky salt

Maple PB Drizzle

In a small bowl mix:
• 1 tbsp peanut butter
• 1 tbsp maple syrup
• splash of warm water (just enough to make it pourable)



How to make
1. Mix batter using the package directions.
2. Cook pancakes on a warm skillet until golden and fluffy.
3. Whisk drizzle until glossy + pourable.
4. Stack pancakes, drizzle with maple PB, sprinkle with:
cacao nibs + almonds + chia
5. Optional: a tiny pinch of salt to make flavors pop.

Slow morning 🧸☕️Everyday Dose Coffee Chia Pudding

creamy • energizing • gut-friendly • glow girlie

You’ll need (2 servings)
• 2 tbsp Everyday Dose Coffee+ (or 1 tbsp if you want it lighter)
• 1 cup canned coconut milk (or carton if you want it lighter)
• ½ cup yogurt (Greek or dairy-free)
• ¼ cup chia seeds
• 1–2 tbsp maple syrup or honey (optional)
• ½ tsp vanilla
• Pinch of sea salt

Optional: cinnamon, cocoa powder, espresso powder vibes



How to make it (lazy girl method)
1. Mix coffee base
In a bowl or jar, whisk together:
coconut milk + yogurt + Everyday Dose + vanilla + sweetener + salt.
2. Add chia
Stir in chia seeds until evenly mixed.
3. Rest + stir
Let sit 5 minutes, stir again (this prevents clumps).
4. Chill
Refrigerate at least 2 hours, best overnight.
