Hey guys! It’s Leah! Just wanted to do a quick Ideal Protein check in. I’m getting prepared to go into the holiday season! I have some recipes and a mocktail guide that I’m planning on using and feeling very motivated to keep myself on track even during holiday gatherings. I’m planning to start transitioning into phase two within the next week, so I will report back on how that goes as well. I am still feeling really great and love how easy this program has been to follow!
