Hey everyone! It’s Leah! I had my Ideal Protein weigh in this week and lost just over a pound. I’m almost to my goal weight so I don’t have quite as much to lose as I did in the beginning. But I didn’t know I would still keep losing each week, so it’s very exciting! If you are seriously wanting to lose weight, feel so much better and get healthier overall, call 715-568-4220! I would love to help you! Don’t wait until after the holidays, we will get you looking and feeling good before that season starts. Even if you slip up during the holidays, we will get you back on track and you can still lose weight!!☺️
Some of the challenges I had this week were events like birthday parties and hanging out with friends. But it’s still so easy to stay on the program with very little deviations even while I’m busy. You can jump right back in, still lose weight and feel great!
Some of my wins for the week are that I can’t believe how great I feel! I didn’t even know I felt more tired and low energy than I should prior to starting Ideal Protein. After just a few weeks on the program, my muscles and joints feel good, I feel lighter, I have more energy, and my clothes fit better just to name a few! I just love how I am feeling!
Next week Dr. Jodi and I are thinking about making pumpkin donuts that are program compliant. So if you’re looking for new recipes, watch for a cooking video that will be coming up soon!🎃
