How is dry needling different from acupuncture, and why is it controversial?

While many medical professionals have anatomical knowledge, skill and experience matter. Would you prefer a brand-new surgeon or an experienced one? Similarly, the training and expertise behind dry needling and acupuncture differ significantly. Dry needling is legal in most states, but I’m simply presenting the facts. Cupping therapy is an ancient form of alternative medicine in which a Medical professional puts special cups on your skin for a few minutes to create suction. , Cupping therapy is often used to help with pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation and well-being.

As the air inside the cup cools it creates a vacuum. This causes your skin to rise and redden as your blood vessels expand.
