Payday is the last Monday of the month (dates with an asterisk *).
Payments that are authorized for payment early will be covered and paid the 2nd or 3rd Monday of the month.

FYI: No payments can/will be processed without hospital stay being reported with in 10 days of the event or caregiver not clocking in, no exceptions. (Clocking in does not apply to Live-in Caregivers)

ATTENTION CLIENTS AND CAREGIVERS

Michigan Medicaid will not be cut off in November 2025. The federal government has stated that essential Medicaid and CHIP functions will continue, although staffing will be reduced, potentially leading to delays in administrative tasks.

The news about November 2025 is about a pause in SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program) benefits, not Medicaid, due to the ongoing federal government shutdown.
