Attention clients and caregivers, I regret to inform that the Humana payment will not be processed as anticipated. According to their update yesterday, the payment is scheduled for next week. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We have now established contracts with: United Healthcare, Aetna, Molina, and are currently finalizing a contract with Meridian. Clients and caregivers with these insurance providers who have outstanding payments will receive back payments dating back to January 2026. For DHS clients without authorization for March, I am following up today on the necessary requirements for authorization.
