My currently daily habits:

🏃‍♀️ Walking each day even if it's just for 10-15 minutes

💊 Taking my supplements to feel 💯

📝 Journaling my gratitudes & affirmations (fav app or physical journal )

🧘‍♀️ Meditation to reset the nervous system ( is a great app for this)

📚 Reading or listening to a podcast to learn

As I close the chapter on my year 37 I want to take the time to share the 3️⃣ lessons I have learned this year:

1️⃣ To help your metabolism you need to be consistent. This looks like eating at similar times each day. Getting in daily steps. Sticking to a weight training 💪 program for 12 weeks instead of 2. Going to bed at the same time each night. Its wild how well your moods and blood sugar can balance out when you are consistent and put in the daily effort long term!

2️⃣ People come in and out of your life and that's okay. LET THEM! No blame, shame or judging. We are all so busy and working on evolving. Sometimes you have to be the first to reach out and reconnect. Other times you may be the one at a tricky stage in life and needing space.

3️⃣ Get a good therapist, mentor or coach. Have a qualified support system for your mental health. You will be thankful to have their contacts if nothing else. Ideally you have regular appointments with your support system and they can help you heal no matter what you are going through.

Overal I am thankful for the lessons along the way and looking forward to growing more in year 38 🥳 ♎️

🌸"I learn something new each time I take your class"...

I get told this often after clients take my sessions because I myself am always a student and learning. No matter if it's listening to a podcast on my drive to work, taking an online Pilates class in my off hours, cooking a new recipe or reading a self development book.

I am always up to grow and evolve...come grow and learn with me in 2025!

Celebrating 🍾 teaching 17 years of Pilates is nothing without strong friends and a support network to keep you grounded and mentally stable.

I am so blessed 🙌 to have those around me who I can encourage but encourage me right back! This year I am stepping out of my comfort zone of the Pilates studio by attending dance 💃 classes, spinning, lifting more weights and adventures with as our relationship continues to grow.

Thank you to all my students and those I have taught over the past few years who now teach me a thing or 2 about fitness I didn't know...

This career is a JOY and I look forward to our Evolution as the years progress ❤️
