Most people think
control of the bladder and bowel…
is just about the pelvic floor

And as a pelvic floor therapist…

I used to think that too

That was until I started diving deeper into
the nervous system

Floppy Ear Friday energy 😂🐾

There I am…
on the floor, doing all the “good for my body” things.
Rolling, releasing, taking care of myself…

…and Snoopy decides THIS is the exact moment
to come stand directly over me like I invited him 😆

Because obviously…
personal space is optional when you’re a hound dog.

Honestly though?
This is nervous system work too.

Not the part where he takes over my entire session 😂…but the part where you pause, laugh, and don’t spiral into frustration.

That shift right there?
That’s the work.

What I wish more women knew about gut health…

It’s not just about what you eat.

Or the supplements you take.
Or how “clean” your diet is.

That’s where most people focus.

But what actually matters is something completely different.

Your gut is deeply connected to your
nervous system
organs
lymphatic system
and your emotions

And if those systems are out of sync,
your gut will struggle.

No matter how many “right” things you’re doing.
