Introducing our new DBT-Light sessions that will give teens practical tools to manage stress, emotions, and relationships in a fun, approachable way. They’ll build confidence, learn everyday skills, and grow in a safe, supportive environment, a lighter path to resilience!
This program is an adjunct to ongoing psychotherapy, open to our current and new teen clients. In-person or virtual hour availability!
