With years of experience, I realize that keeping people around me happy and smiling makes me the happiest and most accomplished each day. Any discomfort for another even unintentional seems to cause significant distress that eventually teaches me . I am still learning every day…..

As corona virus cases increase, so are the myths and misinformation. Here are some facts.
Hand washing with soap and water for minimum of 20 seconds is necessary for effective virus control
Hand sanitizer with 70%alcohol is effective when soap and water are not available
Changing clothes as soon as you return home, cleaning the packages with disinfectant wipes and washing all produce in water with mild vinegar solution is an ongoing practice from here forth.
Emptying food from carry out containers and disposing containers, packaging etc in a bin with lid is essential.
Checking at “International air transport association website” before travel to avoid quarantine or denial of re entry is important.
And, yes! Vivid can affect all age groups. BMI over 40, pre existing comorbidities and advanced age makes recovery difficult. So we need to be extra careful and aware.
Virus affects all humans equally. So there is no room for stigma and stereotyping. We have to work together to fight this back.
Most importantly, remember to clean all door knobs,surfaces, chairs and cell phones among other things.
Viral infections are here to stay, mutate and recur. Life cannot be in standstill.
