Burnout is a full-body experience, not a sign of weakness, but of wisdom. It’s how your nervous system says, “I’ve been holding too much, for too long.” Healing doesn’t come from pushing through. It comes from pausing — and allowing the body to slow down enough to actually repair.

Most of us aren’t truly repairing — and that’s what leads to persistent symptoms and dis-ease in the body. We chase the diet, the supplements (which have their place), but the deeper repair our system needs often isn’t happening. Yoga Nidra helps retrain this response —teaching the body that rest is not danger, it’s medicine.
