It’s Office & OT Appreciation Month! 💙

We want to give a big shoutout to Chelsea, our WONDERFUL Business Office Manager! She has a big job keeping all of us in line, and she does it with the sweetest spirit. We are so thankful for everything she does here at PV!

Not pictured, is our OTA Katrina. While we miss her, we hope she’s soaking up ALL the baby snuggles! 🍼💗

Ann, another one of our amazing OTAs, is as sweet as they come. Her patience and dedication to our residents truly drives so much progress in therapy. We are so thankful for her!

🌸 Resident of the Month: Ms. Jackie!
As she would say, “oh goody!” 😊 Ms. Jackie is as sweet as they come with her bubbly personality. She has one of the biggest hearts and truly cares for everyone in our home. She is adored by so many, and this recognition is so well deserved!

👏 Employee of the Month: Kevin!
Kevin serves as an RN Charge Nurse here at Prairie View. He is diligent, patient, and kind—making each resident feel like they are his only priority. He is incredibly supportive of new staff, always stepping in to help train and uplift our team. We are so proud to have Kevin as part of Prairie View!

Staying in the spring spirit here at Prairie View! 🌸🐣
This week we had so much fun coloring “cool whip” eggs.. and of course, we couldn’t let them go to waste—so they later became some delicious deviled eggs! 😋

Bingo is still a crowd favorite—we make sure to play a few times each week because it never gets old! 🎉

We recently had a special visitor stop by—a sweet little goat who definitely brought lots of smiles and laughter! 🐐💛 And some of our residents got to enjoy snuggles with the sweetest little baby…moments like these are truly the best.

We’d also like to give a special shoutout to Heather from Elite Hospice for taking the time to honor our Vietnam Veterans for National Vietnam War Veterans Day. 🇺🇸 Your kindness and recognition mean so much to our heroes!

It’s that time of year again! Our annual scholarship opportunity is for high school seniors pursuing a career in nursing! Each of our homes, tagged below, will select one deserving student to receive a $1,000 scholarship to support their journey into healthcare.

📅 Deadline: End of April
🏆 Winner selected: First week of May

For the month of March, we are so excited to give a big shoutout to our Resident of the Month and Employee of the Month! 🍀

Our Resident of the Month is Ms. Deloris! Ms. Deloris has the prettiest smile and the sweetest soul. You can often find her visiting with others throughout our home, listening to their stories and offering support with such kindness and grace. She is always eager to help, is a beautiful piano player, and is truly one of the kindest ladies we have had the honor of knowing. This recognition is so well deserved!

Our Employee of the Month is Kylah! Kylah is a bubbly ray of sunshine to everyone around our home. You’ll often hear her laughing or singing loudly through the halls, always sure to bring a smile to our residents’ faces. She brings fun to even the most ordinary tasks, and it’s no surprise our residents voted her as our March Employee of the Month!

Congratulations to both of these wonderful ladies on this well-deserved recognition! We are so thankful for the joy, kindness, and light you both bring to Prairie View each day. 💙
