Not every moment is a threat. Not every silence means something is wrong.
Healing is teaching your nervous system that it’s safe to soften… safe to pause… safe to simply be. 🤍

You are allowed to move from surviving to living gently, slowly, in your own time.

Healing Reflection:
Where in your life are you still bracing for impact — even though the storm has already passed?

Mini Exercise:
🌬️ Unclench your jaw.
Drop your shoulders.
Take one slow breath and say: “In this moment, I am safe.”
Notice what shifts when your body hears that truth.
