According to Allure Magazine, there are almost as many med spas in the U.S. as there are McDonald’s! While they may be convenient and affordable, think again. Dr.Pennoyer received her B.A. from Harvard University, earned her medical degree from the UConn School of Medicine, did her internship in internal medicine at UConn, and completed her dermatology residency at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and an Associate Clinical Professor at the UConn School of Medicine, as well as a member of the Connecticut Dermatologic Society, the Hartford County Medical Association, and the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery (ASDS).
