If you haven’t, here are some tips for those first-timers!

• Don’t eat a heavy meal before 🍕
• Drink water after to flush out any toxins
• Let your therapist know if you’re nervous or unsure about anything
• Relax your mind and body!💆🏼‍♀️

During the massage ~

• The therapist will only uncover the area they are working on
• You should always feel warm, safe, and comfortable.
• You can talk during the massage, but it's totally fine to stay quiet too
• If anything feels too intense, ticklish, or uncomfortable-speak up! A good therapist wants to adjust to your needs. 🙌🏻

Whether it's your first massage or you've had many before, therapeutic massage can be a super relaxing and healing experience, especially if you know what to expect.

Dear Valued Clients,

I'm posting to let you know about an upcoming adjustment to my service prices. As of August 1st, 2025, there will be a price increase. This decision comes after careful consideration of rising material costs, operational expenses, and my commitment to ongoing professional development to enhance my skills.

My goal is to continue providing you with the highest quality service and the best possible experience. I believe this adjustment will allow me to maintain that standard.

Additionally, any clients that book, or already have booked, before 08/01/2025 are not affected. Any bookings scheduled after 08/01/2025 will be under the new pricing.

If you have any questions or would like to discuss this further, please don't hesitate to reach out. Thank you for your continued support and understanding. I truly appreciate your business!
