Spaces are filling fast for Mat Pilates this Sunday, 12/14, from 10-10:50 am. This open-level class with Lia M. combines Pilates with principles of yoga therapy to deepen core engagement, enhance alignment and improve mobility. Through thoughtful sequencing, you’ll explore movement that cultivates stability, strength and body awareness. Whether your new to Pilates or continuing to advance your practice, you’ll be guided through variations designed to support your individual needs. This intentional, full- body flow emphasizes, mindful movement, breath and postural integration– leaving you feeling centered, strong and refreshed.

Help Zura make the holidays brighter for a local family in need! We have adopted a special family through the Bloomfield non-profit Neighbor to Neighbor Network that provides emergency services in town. Please bring wrapped, labeled gifts to the studio by Monday, Dec. 22 at 5 pm, and we will hand deliver presents. Just see the link in our bio to sign up for specific presents. With our help, these hard-working folks will have items they need this season.

Look how excited we are! Why? Because we won the Best of Essex 2025 Gold Medal for the second year in a row. How did this happen? It’s all thanks to you! Our clients and staff voted for Zura Blooms Yoga for the annual contest. We are grateful, honored, humbled… The other studios in the running are incredible. So thank you for showing us your love. Thank you for allowing us to do what we do best: Offer excellent classes with the best instructors in a warm and friendly studio environment. We are feeling all the feels this weekend. So consider yourself invited to come right in, take a class and celebrate our first place win with us!
