Wellness Wednesday!
This week we will be talking about Grounding. Grounding is therapeutic technique used to manage stress, anxiety, and overwhelming emotions by reconnecting with the present moment and physical surroundings.
One of the best ways to do this is simply getting outside. Stand with your feet in the grass, go camping or take a walk in nature. Find the things and people who recharge you.
I got to be outside working with a great group of young people. I came back this week feeling energized and refreshed.
