One of her most influential inventions was an early sanitary belt designed to securely hold menstrual pads in place, helping make menstrual hygiene more practical long before modern products existed.

Despite facing racial discrimination that prevented her from being recognized for her invention and profiting from its success, Kenner continued creating solutions that supported women’s health and daily comfort. Her perseverance and innovation helped shape the future of feminine care.
