As a coach for the past 12 years working with more than 400 adults over 40 trying to get active and improve their health, there’s one thing I know for sure:
If you’ve been trying to lose body fat but keep quitting before it becomes a reality, there’s a good chance you already know what’s standing in the way.
You might not have said it out loud (or maybe just to yourself).
But deep down… you know.
What’s standing between you and your goal of feeling great in your favorite clothes?
⚡ Maybe it’s a habit you haven’t been ready to change.
⚡ Maybe it’s a pattern you keep slipping into when life gets busy or stressful.
⚡ Maybe you think that reaching your goals is for other people, not you.
Ask yourself: “What’s standing in my way?”
And then ask: 👉 “What’s one thing I can do THIS week to change that?”
Because that’s the first step in taking away its power.
