Melissa thought old injuries would hold her back. That working out meant pain, frustration, or routines she couldn’t stick with.

Our amazing team had a fantastic time completing the 500-rep Halloween Challenge today, dressed up in costumes, breaking a sweat, and enjoying every moment. 💪
