🌊 **Protect Yourself from Norovirus** 🌊

Norovirus, often called the "stomach bug" or "stomach flu," is extremely contagious and can cause significant gastrointestinal distress. If you’ve experienced it, you know how unpleasant it can be. If you haven't, consider yourself lucky!

**Prevention Tips:**
✅ **Wash Your Hands**: Always use soap and water after using the restroom and before and after handling food. Remember, hand sanitizer is not effective against norovirus, so please prioritize good hand hygiene!

**What to Do If You Get Sick:**
If you do get norovirus, it’s essential to stay home and refrain from attending work, school, or visiting others for at least 48 hours after your symptoms have stopped.

For more information, visit the CDC's website: [CDC Norovirus Information](https://www.cdc.gov/norovirus)

**Stay safe and healthy!**

Thank you for leaving your families, braving dangerous conditions, and doing whatever it takes to get our communities back up and running.
