Crazy snowmaggedon weekend. Stay safe and warm. Heavy wet snow means heart attacks. Small shovels and easy pushing. Stay hydrated, no twisting. Do multiple clears instead of one heavy clean up.

Spring gardening and clean up. Everything is soaking wet and heavy. Grass is slick and muddy. Be very aware of your footing. Lift with legs, not your back. Carry smaller loads, they will be just as heavy as a large DRY bag. Use wheel barrels, etc to protect yourself. And if you still get hurt or feel out of sorts, just call my office. I got that!!! lol.
