Tomorrow’s Forest Therapy Walk + Sacred Cacao Ceremony is shaping up to be a beautiful one.

I was out on the land in lower West Milford checking the trails (something I always do the day before) and the forest is alive with that magical late-winter-to-early-spring shift. Melting snow, rushing water, and that subtle sense that the earth is waking up again.

We’ll gather tomorrow at 9:30 AM to slow down, breathe deeply, and simply notice the beauty of the changing season together.

Yesterday felt like summer.
Today it’s cold again … and snow may even be on the way.

These sudden swings in temperature, light and pressure don’t just confuse our closets — our bodies feel them too.

The nervous system is constantly adjusting to seasonal change. Energy can feel a little off. Sleep patterns shift. Some days feel bright and hopeful, and others feel a little slower.

This is actually part of the transition from winter to spring.

Nature is recalibrating.
And so are we.

One of the simplest ways to support the body through this seasonal upheaval is to spend a little time outdoors and let the nervous system sync with the changing landscape.

Fresh air.
Melting snow.
Water moving again.

March may feel unpredictable … but it’s also the season when everything begins to wake up.

And we’re waking up with it. 🌱

The woods are waking up. 🌱

Next Saturday, March 14 at 9:30 AM, we’ll step into the forest together for a Forest Therapy Walk + Sacred Cacao Ceremony — a gentle, guided experience to reconnect with nature as early spring begins to emerge.

The snow is melting, streams are rushing and the first buds are beginning to form. When we slow down enough to notice these quiet shifts, our nervous system settles and we remember we’re part of nature’s rhythm too.

We’ll wander gently, pause often, sip ceremonial cacao, and let the woods do what they do best — restore and reset us.
