Some days veterinary medicine looks different. Today, we teamed up with Bryan county 4H and zoetis to provide vaccines for pets in our rural communities. A different set of PVH veterinarians and technicians served Chatham county at a spay/ neuter clinic today. It’s been a great day!

Happy World Veterinary Day 🩺🐾

Today we celebrate the amazing people who care for the little lives that mean so much to us. 💙

Behind every happy tail wag and gentle purr is a veterinarian showing patience, compassion, and care every single day.

For pet parents, you are more than doctors. You are guardians, healers, and quiet heroes for the furry family members we love so deeply.

Thank you to all the veterinarians and veterinary teams who work tirelessly to keep our beloved pets healthy and happy. 🐶🐱🐾

When your cat slowly blinks at you… it’s actually a sign of trust. 🐱

In the cat world, a slow blink means “I feel safe with you.” It’s their quiet little way of saying everything is okay.

Cats usually stay alert around things they don’t trust. So if your cat relaxes, looks at you, and gives you that slow blink… congratulations, you’ve been approved by the tiny house tiger. 😌🐾

Try blinking slowly back. It’s basically the official cat version of saying “I love you.”

Happy National Pet Day 🐾

Today we celebrate the little paws that leave the biggest footprints on our hearts. 🐶🐱

Let’s be honest… our pets run the house. We just pay the bills and refill the food bowl.

They steal our cozy spots, follow us everywhere, and somehow make every day brighter with their unconditional love.

Give your furry friend some extra cuddles today and celebrate the joy they bring to your life. 💙

📸 Comment and share your cutest pet moment with us. We’d love to see it! 🐾

Ever notice how your dog tilts their head when you talk? 🐶

That cute little head tilt is their way of focusing on your voice and trying to understand what you’re saying.

Dogs listen closely to tone, familiar words, and even your expressions. Which explains why the moment they hear “walk” or “treat”… the ears perk up instantly. 🐾😄

Just another reminder that our furry friends are always paying attention to us. 💙

Things vets wish every pet parent knew 🐾

Pets are experts at hiding discomfort, so regular checkups help us catch problems before they grow. 🐶🐱

Many health issues in pets begin quietly, without clear warning signs. By the time symptoms appear, the problem may already be more serious.

That’s why routine vet visits are so important. Regular checkups help:

🩺 Detect health problems early
💉 Keep vaccinations up to date
🦷 Monitor dental health
💙 Make sure your pet stays happy and comfortable

If it’s been a while since your pet’s last checkup, visit us and let’s keep them healthy and happy. 🐶🐱🐾

World Stray Animals Day 🐾

Sometimes a pet parent walks down the street and sees a stray dog quietly watching people pass by… or a small kitten curled up on the sidewalk, hoping someone will notice.

In that moment, their heart feels a little heavier. Because if you love animals, one thought always comes to mind…
“What if that was my pet?”

Stray animals feel pain, hunger, and fear just like the pets waiting for us at home. The only difference is they don’t always have someone to care for them.

Sometimes one small act of kindness can mean the world to a stray. 💙🐾
