Our boot camp is a physical fitness program that will challenge your body and fit into your busy schedule! We offer 30 minute high intensity interval training classes that are a combination of cardiovascular and strength training. These group fitness classes are all in a smaller group format and taught by certified personal trainers so you get a one-on-one training experience in a group training atmosphere.
