Nova wants you to know I have one more opening this month, and it's TODAY 3/25 as early as 12:30pm.

If that one is not for you, there are openings in mid-April, including Sunday, April 19th. I look forward to working with you again!

If you need another little treasure in your life, I am now selling these pentacle pendants, gemstone beads wire-wrapped by me in genuine silver and copper wires. They're currently available in the office and hopefully soon available at a few of my favorite local retailers.

I've been wrapping rocks in wire for over ten years, giving as gifts and even selling a few custom pieces from Sunrise Hive before my massage career blossomed. It's exciting to revive the practice as another offering from my hands.

COMING UP!
FREE Power Outage Preparedness workshop at the Monroe County Public Library (Indiana) Southwest branch, 5:30-6:30pm on Monday, March 23rd.

Learn how to prepare for a power outage and what to include in a preparedness kit! Participants will receive a few essentials to get started, while supplies last.

The Transition is Complete!

I am writing to you from our new booking platform, with my daughter on my lap. We are excited to report that the transition over to Square Appointments has been relatively smooth and as promising as expected. A new platform always comes with a learning curve, so please let me know if any of your appointment confirmations or booking attempts reveal any glitches.

A Few Updates

Weekly Availability
As promised in my last newsletter, daycare has given me the opportunity to open up my books a little more. You can find appointments Tuesday and Wednesday noon to 6:30pm (last 60 minute appointment starts at 5pm) and Thursday noon to 5:30pm (last 60 minute appointment starts at 4:00pm). Clients who absolutely cannot make these hours work may reach out to me about Sunday availability, which is intermittent. Or you may continue to seek out work with my recommended colleagues (https://www.inmyhandslmt.com/s/stories/massage-referrals) . I have openings waiting for bodies on Tuesday and Thursday this week - check out the new website and claim them if they're yours! I look forward to seeing you back on the table.

Packages
I am also now offering packages to help you save a little money in this economy. These are available in sets of three, up to fifteen, and come with a discount to match the number of sessions purchased (set of three @ 3% off, set of six @ 6% off, and so on). Appointments must be booked out upon purchase of a package, and packages are non-refundable. Let me know at your next appointment if you're interested in moving on this offer.

Most recently, I have been trying to stay grounded by learning more about how to support my neighbors and community through communications from Exodus Refugee (https://www.exodusrefugee.org/take-action/advocate/) and Hoosier Action (https://www.hoosieraction.org/) . My baby Nova Seraphine Bookwalter arrived Thursday the 22nd after a long labor of love. We are both healthy, awash in unfathomable love, and well cared for by our rich perinatal community including amazing papa 💗 special shout out to for being an essential part of our birth team and to and for keeping our bodies limber.

I'll be back in the massage space in late August/early September equipped with a whole new understanding of the perinatal body, along with this profound transformation into motherhood. Thank you for all your love and support.
