Hi everyone!

I hope you all had a relaxing and fun Labor Day weekend, and maybe even snuck in some extra rest and sunshine! ☀️

This week is off to a busy start—I'm completely booked today and tomorrow—but I do have massage openings Thursday through Saturday if you're ready to unwind and give your body some well-deserved care.

For my desk warriors out there, a quick reminder to show your wrists and chest some love:

Wrist stretch: Extend your arm, palm facing out, and gently pull your fingers back with the opposite hand to open up those tight forearms.

Pec stretch: Stand in a doorway with your arm at 90 degrees and gently lean forward to stretch your chest—perfect for counteracting that rounded desk posture.

And if you're glued to your chair for hours, try these quick movement boosts:

Set a timer every hour to stand up, take a lap around your space, or do a few shoulder rolls.
Even 5 minutes of walking, stretching, or dancing it out between tasks can make a big difference!

Happy Saturday! The weekend is here, and wow — what a week it’s been!

With all the college students moving back to town, things have been feeling extra lively (and maybe a little chaotic too).

I just want to say a huge THANK YOU to all of you who came in this past week. My table has been busy, my heart is full, and I’m so grateful for the trust you put in me to help you feel your best.
