For Bodywork with Avalon:
Please Wear loose, comfortable clothing. Expect at least 15 to 30 minutes for intake and consult. Appointments are base on practitioners rates as per requested session. We are available to provide Affordable Vendor Days with donation based sessions, suggested donation being $1.50 to 2.50 a min for Therapeutic Touch and Massage. Im trying a thing!
As my clients know.. I live a low carb / Mediterranean lifestyle and lost over 100 lbs 5 yrs ago. Then I hit a plateau and was stuck.
I want to lose more so I started intermittent fasting. It helped but not like I hoped.
Sooo... Im using Tri Glp peptides these are in drops you put under your tongue and totally natural.
The food noise is gone, I don't get hungry.
I've lost about 15 lbs and about 4 inches in 2 weeks.
I have goals with this and I'm excited to see how this goes.
I also have other irons in the fire to help others find what works for them.
