Feeling called to help but don’t know where to start? Consider 10/10/10 meditation challenge. Up Yoga, located in South Minneapolis is owned by an IU alumn and home studio to Sandi who used to live and practice in Bloomington with our teachers, Erin, Ruthie, and Liz.

Sandi and the team at Up Yoga have been raising money to support local families and any amount donated through this 10/10/10 challenge will go directly to the community. Together we rise! Can you help?

The Return is a supportive, embodied experience that blends practices in a way you won’t find anywhere else. Through community connection, grounding, nervous system regulation, breath, coherence, reflection, and movement, you’ll find space to reconnect with what’s steady beneath the noise of daily life.

The Return is a 90-minute guided experience — a completely original format designed to help you gently return to yourself and to the energy of love.
This is not a yoga or meditation class. The Return is a supportive, embodied experience that blends practices in a way you won’t find anywhere else. Through community connection, grounding, nervous system regulation, breath, coherence, reflection, and movement, you’ll find space to reconnect with what’s steady beneath the noise of daily life.
Nothing is forced. Nothing is bypassed. All practices are accessible, optional, and adaptable. No prior experience necessary.
Come exactly as you are.
