DAY-PORTER (bilingüe)

Como Day Porter su responsabilidad es que el edificio se vea limpio y atractivo al publico. Usted ayuda soportando la imagen de la propiedad asegurando que el cliente, empleados y visitantes estén satisfechos.

Las horas para esta posición son lunes a viernes de 10:00 am A 2:00 pm. Salario inicial $13.50 – $14.50 por hora

Como Day Porter usted provee limpieza y otros servicios claves para mantener el edificio operando sin eventualidades, tales como:

• Mantenimiento del Lobby
• Preparar/Desarmar Salas de Reuniones
• Limpieza de áreas comunes como cocinas y cafetearías
• Estoqueando baños
• Recogiendo basura y escombros
• Monitoreando y limpiando baños
• Respondiendo a derrames y otras emergencias de aseo
Usted debe ser altamente organizado, dedicado, y capaz de manejar una variedad de cargos simultáneamente. Usted trabajara con la gerencia para crear un horario de limpieza efectivo, que incluya sus rutinas diarias y calendario de trabajo.

CALIFICACIONES REQUERIDAS
• Esta es una posición de limpieza Part-Time en el primer turno. Debe tener mínimo 2 anos de experiencia en limpieza para calificar
• Debe poder pasar un drug screening y criminal background check
• Debe tener transporte confiable
• Deber ser una persona auto-motivada, auto-dirigida y enfocada al trabajo, reconociendo las necesidades del cliente y comunicando prioridades cambiantes
• Debe poder levantar/empujar 50 lbs frecuente u ocasionalmente
• Debe poder estar de pie o caminar con propósito por periodos de tiempo largos y estará requerido de levantar equipos de limpieza típicos lates como; aspiradoras, baldes de trapero, canecas de basura, etc.
• Debe poder operar equipos de limpieza y manipular varios químicos de limpieza
• Debe ser capaz de seguir sin supervisión los estrictos procedimientos de seguridad del cliente

El Day Porter es rescindable for limpiar y mantener las areas asignadas de las oficinas del cliente durante varias horas del día.

Horario de trabajo Lunes a Viernes de 10:00 am a 2:00 pm

PRIMARY DUTIES

• Ensure that all assigned areas are cleaned and well maintained for staff and visitors by routinely following task checklists.
• Note and report all fixtures and equipment damage or malfunction that may cause potential safety risks and health hazards.
• Participate in training and execute best practices for cleaning and safety.
• Read and follow all instructions on cleaning supplies and while using cleaning equipment.
• Thoroughly prepare janitorial service closet for next shift
• Routinely execute final inspection of service performed prior to leaving
• Other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be able to pass drug screening and criminal background check
• Must have dependable transportation
• Must be a self-motivated individual who is self-managed and task-oriented, recognizing needs and communicating changing priorities.
• Must be able to lift/push 50 lbs on occasional to frequent basis.
• Must be able to stand or walk with purpose for long periods of time and will be required to lift typical janitorial products; ie. vacuum cleaners, mop buckets, trash cans, etc.
• Must be able to operate cleaning equipment and handle various cleaning chemicals.
• Must be able to follow clients strict security procedures without supervision.
