To check in using the iPad, you will need to type in your first and last name, and birth date, then follow the prompts.

If you would like to check in with the front staff, please give your first and last name so she can make sure she gets you checked in.

Since this is a new system, the doctors would love to hear your experience and your opinion on the process of checking in . So feel free to talk to your Doc when you get into the room!
