It's that time of year where everyone is getting sick. Flu, RSV & Covid have now overwhelmed our hospitals .

To protect our staff and our vulnerable patients, we request that if you are sick, that you wear a mask. If you do not have a mask we will provide one for you. 😷

Some tips and tricks to keep away the yuckies:

+Wash your hands with soap for 30 seconds!
+Cover your mouth when you cough or sneeze...... And then wash your hands.
+Use hand sanitizer that has a minimum of 68% alcohol content.
+ Drink your water, eat your veggies!
+ Have healthy sleep habits.

Michelle our massage therapist says if you have any Christmas "knotty" pain, call to schedule an appointment tomorrow, Tuesday 9th. or Thursday 11th. What better way to prepare for Christmas shopping, cleaning, cooking then getting all those naughty knots worked on!

Carl, the Skeleton is experimenting with a new check-in system! As of right now it's still in the testing phase.

To check in using the iPad, you will need to type in your first and last name, and birth date, then follow the prompts.

If you would like to check in with the front staff, please give your first and last name so she can make sure she gets you checked in.

Since this is a new system, the doctors would love to hear your experience and your opinion on the process of checking in . So feel free to talk to your Doc when you get into the room!
