As part of Oral Cancer Awareness Month, we’re offering free oral cancer screenings in partnership with the Head & Neck Cancer Foundation.

Oral cancer screenings are quick, painless, and an important part of maintaining your oral health.

During your screening, we will visually examine the mouth and throat, feel the jaw and neck, and recommend further testing if needed. Most screenings take just 10 minutes and can help catch potential concerns early.

Knowing the signs and staying on top of regular exams can make a big difference for your health and peace of mind.

Happy 60th Birthday, Jame! 🎉

41 years with South Central Oral Surgery… and she still hasn’t had enough of us! 😉

Jame may have officially retired in 2024, but thankfully she didn’t go too far—we still get to see her smiling face when someone needs a day off (and let’s be honest, we’re always a little extra excited when it’s a “Jame day”).

Her clinical knowledge is unmatched, her bubbly personality keeps us all laughing, and she’s always the first to jump in and help a coworker. And when it comes to our patients, Jame has a special way of calming nerves and making everyone feel comfortable.

We’re so lucky she’s still part of our team—even if it’s just part-time now! Help us wish Jame a very happy 60th birthday! 💙
